Payment procedure

The payment is made according to the University's tariffs and a concluded Agreement on paid educational services.
The payment is transferred to the University's bank account in a working day after the day of payment.

Cancellations and Refunds policy

Full or partial refund is made on non-cash basis. For receive partial or full refund a person shall contact with an appropriate office and submit statement with request. Your statement should include reasons for refund and details on the bank account to be credited. TSU employees ascertain the payer’s identity and refund the account from which the transaction was performed or the account specified in the statement. Your account will be refunded not later than within 10 workdays after your statement is accepted. Charged bank fee refund is not made.
